With more than 10 years of experience in international development, I help nonprofits, NGOs, universities, and mission-driven organizations strengthen their grants management, donor compliance, and institutional funding efforts. As a Program & Award Advisor with the International Rescue Committee (IRC), I have managed and advised on complex, multi-million-dollar donor-funded portfolios across Africa and Europe, working with donors including USAID/BHA, U.S. Department of State (PRM), FCDO, Irish Aid, the European Union (DG INTPA), United Nations agencies, and other institutional funders. My work includes reviewing donor agreements, supporting proposal development, ensuring compliance with donor regulations, managing award modifications, strengthening grant management systems, and advising country offices throughout the project lifecycle.
